After having two of my clients winning or being placed in the top five riders at the Regional Finals, its been a fantastic start to the year.My new approach to Authoritarian Hypnotherapy along with using E.F.T,is definatley proving to be a winner for me and my clients.I am feeling very excited about the coming season as more clients are going out competing and seeing great results.Ive just recieved an email from a client that Ive only seen twice so far, saying that she won both her clasess yesterday,and said she has never enjoyed riding her tests so much and felt an amazing confidence that she has never experienced before.

 

Also this summer I will be running one day workshops on a Sunday.The groups will be limited to eight people and will run from 10,clock till 4,oclock.The workshop will cover the use of Self Hypnosis in Equestrian Sports and recreational riding.You will be taught how to use Self Hypnosis for relaxation and visulisation,along with some beneficial techniques of E.F.T. tapping,to enhance confidence and Sports Performance.As well as being very informative these workshops are great fun also.Please contact me for details.Regards Rick Howcroft Dip Hyp.Cs.
